2. How to know if CheapHoopShoes has received my order and the status of your order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your billing information.
It will indicate your order number, product charges, delivery cost (optional see next paragraph), delivery address and the status of order.
3. What are the costs of delivery?
NO DELIVERY COST INVOLVED. It is free of delivery charge.
Delivery costs are involved only when an express delivery has to be made or the
delivery address is outside Western Europe.
The cost of the delivery will be mentioned on your billing. You have to take into account a delivery cost between 15 and 30 euro
depending on your order weight and delivery distance. The charges of the delivery have to be paid together with the product price
before delivery.

5. Delivery Speed
We deliver in 5 working days after we have received the payment within Europe.
We deliver in 10 working days in North-America and 15 working days in South America.
We deliver on average in 20 working days in Asia.

You can cancel your order immediately after having placed your order.

8. How to know if a product is in stock?
We do hold only stocks of the product on the site. For example, if you see two Reebok shoes of size 48 and 46, it means that we have only these two size in stock. We do not have size 44 of the same shoes in stock. But we can search the size 44 for you at our Wholesaler.
We do also hold just in time sales. It means you send us the pictures of the shoes, size and quantity you desire and we communicate back to you in 48 hours if we found the shoes for you and their costs. Once you agree with that, you confirm by email to info@cheaphoopshoes.com . Next you transfer the payment via MoneyGram. See above the details of the payment procedure.e payment procedure.
9. What is the delivery date?
The delivery date of the goods will vary due to the location of delivery and TNT Post?
Be assured that we expect to perform the delivery through our partner TNT Post as quickly as possible.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
10. What is the policy of return of goods ?
You can return your order before 20 days starting at the date of reception to obtain a total reimbursement. If the order is returned after 20 days as mentioned above, or the product is wore off , damaged or not in its original packaging , CheapHoopShoes cannot guarantee the reimbursement of payment.
